Ear piecrcing infection-what should I do?!?

Peroxide should help and perhaps some Neosporin (spelling?). Maybe an over the counter pain reliever will alleviate the discomfort. I would go to a local drugstore if you can to purchase the peroxide and ask the pharmacist. He/she should be able to offer some good advice. And if you can't go to a drugstore, just call one.
