Found a hair in babys diaper couldnt realli pull it was, it pubic hair or her digesting the hair?

Sorry so detailed....I couldnt realli see wut it was n if it was attached or wut, cuz i was changing her poop diaper...this has never happend before...I pulld it but idk tht didnt realli help seeing there was poop...there was a little tug...i only noticed it cuz as i wiped the poo was hanging from it...Can babies get pubic hair or was she digesting hair she mightve swallowed? It was maybe an inch tht i could feel...but once again i never saw it...shoudve left it alone now tht i think bout it....she was also kinda struggling with her poo so maybe well see next time...She is 14 months if tht helps...
