Opinion on cheryl and Simon x factor scandal? ?

Apparently they've had a big fight after cheryl getting fired. There are rumours that paula abdul hated her (tension bout who would sit next to Simon, nicole and paula ignoring her, making fun of her accent) and everyone was plotting against her so eventually she got fired. Others say it was cuz of cheryls accent and not simons fault. He even offered her the old job back. Who do you think is to blame? Does cheryl have a right to be pissed at Simon?
